Great post, and it&#039;s a fantastic way to capture the true stories from clients in a way that lets them be told over and over again.  

The additional benefit is that the awards program and awards night itself can generate a lot of social media buzz.  In a recent event we ran, the Markies are a big part of it, and they generated a disproportional amount of conversation and buzz in social media (http://digitalbodylanguage.blogspot.com/2009/11/social-media-buzz-at-live-event.html)
