Yes, I agree that managing a community is by far the biggest step. But for B2B, it may be the holy grail. To manage the community where your customers and prospects prefer to gather has tremendous benefits, so it can be worth the effort. Easier said than done, however.</description>

Honored that you included Social Media B2B in your list of resources. You give good advice, though I would say that your third point isn&#039;t for everyone. Starting a new online group can be challenging and it is important that you have the time to manage the community.

It&#039;s remarkable how B2B marketers teach each other through social media and develop their own skills -- only everything is far more accelerated in terms of the rate of learning than it would have been in the medieval days of yore when guilds first emerged.</description>
